About Us

For over 80 years, the Jewish Community Center of Allentown has been a place for Lehigh Valley residents to meet new people, participate in a wide-range of activities, and develop lifelong friendships. We offer activities and programming for members of all ages and in many instances try to incorporate intergenerational programs. The JCC of Allentown has a strong sense of community and we hope that you will join our family soon.

Here at the JCC of Allentown, our members are our greatest assest. For that reason alone we strive to provide our members with the best services and programming possible. The JCC of Allentown is a place that allows you to open your mind through one of our classes and test your limits by starting a workout program with one of our personal trainers. We make it possible for you to develop new interests as well as rekindle old hobbies. The JCC is a strong community, within the Allentown community, eager to bring people together from all walks of life.

Part of bringing people together is committing oneself to the continuous education and awareness of Judaism and the State of Israel. The JCC of Allentown has created many programs and events to bring the Allentown community together and discuss these issues so that we can learn about each others differences and build a strong foundation of respect and friendship. Membership at the JCC of Allentown is open to everyone for that very reason. Whatever your faith may be, all JCC members share a common goal of building a strong community and caring for one another.
